The growth in demand for oil-related services, along with the establishment of new processing facilities, has led to a steady increase in the company's workforce. One of our key priorities is the development and improvement of social and HR policies. The management team collaborates closely with the Employee Council, which focuses on creating and fostering a social labor partnership at the oil terminal to effectively address these matters.
